Dr. House received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. She then moved on to the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. House completed her internship at Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas and her residency and fellowship at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Dr. House is board certified in both Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment and Geriatric Medicine. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Bell County Medical Association, Texas Geriatric Society, American Medical Directors Association, and American College of Family Practice Physicians. She also volunteers time each semester precepting students from all disciplines (medical students, nurse practitioner students, etc).
Dr. House enjoys traveling, embroidery, quilting, and gardening. She has a Master's degree in Music and often plays the piano and organ. One of her favorite Bible verses comes from Isaiah 40:31 "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on the wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Courtney Paulsen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As a registered nurse, she worked in a variety of hospital settings including psychiatry, medical-surgical, and surgical/trauma intensive care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her primary focus is preventative and restorative healthcare. She also specializes in nutrition and weight management.
Courtney is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Functional Medicine, Texas Nurse Practitioners, Golden Key Honor Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She most recently was recognized by the Taylor Press as a recipient of the 2021 Readers' Choice Award. She also volunteers time teaching student nurse practitioners each semester by serving as a clinical preceptor for multiple different educational institutions.
Courtney was born and raised in Rockdale, Texas. She currently resides in Thorndale, Texas with her husband Eric and a ranch full of animals. She has two grown daughters, Ashleigh & Jacey. In her spare time she enjoys reading medical research, meditation and praying, singing songs of praise, relaxing in the sun, traveling, and of course spending time with family and friends. Her favorite book of the Bible is Proverbs. One of her favorite scriptures is from Philippians 4:6 "Do not worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done."
Whitney White is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Following completion of high school, she pursued an education in nursing. Whitney graduated Cum laude from Texas State University’s School of Nursing in 2012 with a BSN. She has practiced as a registered nurse in various settings and spent many years working in community healthcare. Whitney obtained her MSN from Walden University and received national certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She plans to serve her patients by providing holistic patient care, education on disease prevention and being a resource to the local communities.
Whitney was born and raised in Austin, Texas to Earl and Ethel White. She enjoys “all things science” and taking care of others in their time of need. She enjoys spending time with family, singing in the church choir and traveling abroad. After a long day at work she enjoys cuddling with her maltipoo China. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 30:5 “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”
Melissa Whitmire is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 1993, then a Master’s in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington, graduating as a Nurse Practitioner in 2021. As a nurse, Melissa has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including Neurology, Medical/Surgical, and as charge nurse for a local hospital. Melissa also worked in home health and hospice in various roles including RN case manager, Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Educator, and Clinical Operations Administrator. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing, AANP, and has certifications in wound care as well as DOT physicals.
Melissa lives in Milano, with her husband and her son, a junior in high school. She and her husband have 8 children together, 4 with spouses and two wonderful grandchildren living in a variety of places including London, England, Washington state and Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys raising goats, playing with her grandkids and family time. Her favorite Bible verse is 1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
Zena Caldwell is a Registered Nurse. She received her nursing degree from Temple College. She has worked in a variety of environments from intensive care to home health and now currently working in surgery and IV nutritional therapy. She also has certification for aesthetic procedures.
Zena was raised in Rockdale Texas where she still resides with her husband Cody, and precious pup Juicy. She has 2 grown children, Christian and Tyler.
Zena enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 7:12 "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets."
